I’ve received several questions lately from members asking about what arrangements can be made to ensure they remember to send in a regular donation. The following options are for your consideration:

U.S. Mail 
Most members use U.S. mail to send contributions directly to the Home Office in Englewood, to Spring Canyon or White Sulphur Springs, or to one of the Field Staff. Subsequently, for many members the receipt letter acts as a regular reminder for their next contribution.

Military Allotment System
As a former Financial Management Officer in the Marine Crops, I know the advantages of this option. First, its perfectly fine under today’s regulations.

Second, the money is taken out of your pay account before your paycheck is produced, so you don’t really miss it. Third, to participate there are no extra costs to you or fees that need to be paid by OCF.

Contact your local Administrative Office or Finance Office and ask them about this option. If you need a blanket allotment code or anything else you’re unsure of, just give me a call.

Combined Federal Campaign #10531
Many members and non-members give through CFC, which also has the advantage of taking the contribution out of your pay account. So the next time the CFC campaign rolls around, remember to fill out #10531 on your CFC pledge form.

Electronic Bank Debit
This is popular with members, whose monthly contribution is taken out of their bank account electronically. I administer this personally, and target the fifth day of the month to debit the bank accounts of those who participate.

It has all the advantages of an allotment except that the money is taken out of your bank account instead of your pay account. I have a form for you to fill out and send in along with a voided check so I can verify the bank routing number and your account number.

Credit Card
Yet another option is to have your monthly contribution charged to your credit card. I also administer this personally at the beginning of each month. If you would like to contribute using your credit card, please contact me.
