Finance

There are no membership dues. OCF is financed by contributions from members and friends. We inform them of ministry opportunities and financial status, and by faith trust the Lord to direct their giving. We receive no appropriated government funds.

Regular giving is particularly helpful in enabling OCF to accomplish its purpose and vision. Military personnel often choose to contribute to OCF during the annual Combined Federal Campaign. Our CFC number is 10531. OCF is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization. Our FEIN is 38-1415401.

We are charter members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), an association of Christian organizations committed to godly stewardship. We adhere to the high standards of an annual audit by certified public accountants, and to open, public reporting.

Director of Finance

Dean served 20 years on active duty and 2 years in the reserves in the Marine Corps. Rising to the rank of Sergeant in the infantry, he received his commission through the Enlisted Commissioning Program, and served as a Financial Management Officer. He retired as a Major in 1996.

In 1998, he began serving with OCF, and became the Head Bookkeeper. Effective 1 January 2001, he was appointed as the Director of Finance. He has a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
